We are interested in setting up an atrium room for a      Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) youth program.  Plans are to use a room at Ss. Peter and Paul Church in Ivanhoe and hopefully start our first sessions in the fall.  The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori-based religious formation program for children, beginning with age 3-6.   It is rooted in the Bible, the liturgy of the church and the educational principles of Maria Montessori.  We have begun collecting materials but have a long way to go, so we are looking for interested parishioners to help procure everything we need.  A list of materials that we still need is posted on the AFC website.  For more information contact Coordinator, Kathy Rybinski, rybin@itctel.com.
